The power of unbreakable focus

My daughter was envying her brother's hyperfocus. She wanted to be in that state, too. It reminded me of the power of getting stuck into a project.

I’m sitting on my bed, propped up by pillows, watching a drama on Netflix and my daughter comes in. She asks to sit with me.
